Discord bot

Linking the bot

Open the Discord page in the Center and invite the Servitium bot to your Discord server, or link a server where it is already present. Until a bot is connected, the page works in preview mode so you can explore the settings.

Unlinking makes the bot leave your Discord server. Discord is optional: everything else in Servitium works without it.

Channels

On the Channels tab, map each feature to a channel. The most used ones:

• Server status: online or offline status and player count, updated automatically.
• Player connections and kill feed.
• Raid protection and war system, each with a guide channel.
• Register, so players can link their game character.
• Tickets, for support and protection requests.
• Wipe announcements, shop guide and shop display.

Servers and roles

If you run several game servers, players pick theirs from a selection panel and receive the matching role. Role names follow each server's canonical name.

Welcome, leveling and moderation

• Welcome messages with placeholders such as {user} and {server}.
• Leveling for chat activity.
• AutoMod with ready presets you can fine-tune.
• Verification, reaction roles, giveaways, reminders, suggestions and streamer alerts.
• Logs and custom commands.

Tickets

Tickets created in Discord appear in the Center, where your team can answer them. Post-raid tickets can include rebuild packs that admins hand out with one click.

Game features in Discord

Because the bot is connected to your game server, it can do more than a generic bot:

• Players request raid protection through a ticket, and auto-approved requests are applied without an admin.
• Wipe dates are announced in your wipe channel.
• The shop display channel shows your products, and the register channel helps new players link their character.
• Kill feed and PvP stats channels keep the competition visible.

The Discord bot is included in the Free plan.
