How much does Servitium cost?
Servitium runs on a subscription model with plans sized to the number of servers and the features you enable. A live demo is available so you can explore everything before subscribing — contact us for current pricing.
Which games are supported?
Conan Exiles (Exiles + Siptah maps, UE4 and UE5) and Soulmask. More survival/sandbox games are on the roadmap.
Do I need to install anything on my server?
Yes — a lightweight agent (Servitium Monitor) runs on your VPS to bridge the game with the Servitium admin platform. Setup is a single installer (Windows or Linux) that registers your host in under 5 minutes.
How does raid protection work?
Players request protection from a Discord ticket or the portal. The system enforces three modes — new player shields, wildcard days, and post-raid recovery — and applies them in-game automatically. Admins keep full override control.
Can I use Servitium without Discord?
Yes. Discord integration is optional. Tickets, bounty hunt requests and admin actions can all be driven from the player-facing portal or the Center admin panel. Discord adds convenience for staff workflows.
Is my server data safe?
Your server stays under your control on your own hosting. Servitium only handles the admin data you choose to expose (players, stats, shop, tickets) and stores it on infrastructure dedicated to your community. No game saves are ever uploaded.
